I came up with this recipe when i was on the hunt for the perfect brownie. rich, buttery, dark, and light. everyone goes crazy for these! Ingredients:
6 ounces dark chocolate |
6 ounces real butter |
1 and a half cups sugar |
3 eggs |
1 tsp vannilla |
1 cup flour |
pinch of salt |
butter frosting |
4 ounces dark chocolate |
1 stick of real butter |
2 cups powder sugar |
1 tsp vanilla |
a splash of cream of milk to taste |
Directions:
1. Butter and flour a 13 x9 pan and preheat oven to 325 degrees 2. microwave chocolate and butter together for 30 sec intervals until melted, stiring in beween. 3. when melted stir in sugar then vanilla 4. crack 3 large eggs adding one at a time 5. stir in salt and flour and pour into buttered pan 6. bake at 325 degrees for 8 to 12 min being careful not to over bake 7. let cool completly then frost and enjoy! 8. butter frosting: 9. melt butter and chocolate as before 10. let cool for 10 min 11. beat on medium and add in powder sugar and vanilla 12. and add a splash of cream or milk for smoothness and spread on brownies |
