Made with beef, milk, and butter; To form a wonderful melding of taste on your palate. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon oil |
3 large garlic cloves |
1 lb beef steak, cut into bite size pieces |
1/2 bell pepper |
1 cup basil |
mushroom, can substitute with other vegetables of your choice- cut into bite size pieces |
2 cups bok choy |
4 tablespoons oyster sauce |
1 teaspoon sugar |
salt |
1 dash milk |
black pepper |
1 tablespoon soy sauce |
Directions:
1. Heat oil and butter in pan. 2. Add garlic and bell pepper once pan is hot. Cook till garlic is a light yellow color and smell of garlic is in the air. 3. Add Beef, mushrooms, and oyster sauce stir-fry till beef is mostly cooked. 4. Add milk, soy sauce, and bok choy, stir-fry till bok choy is cooked. 5. Add flour, sprinkling all over pan evenly. 6. Stir until liquid starts to thicken and meat is fully cooked. 7. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 8. Serve with hot white rice and for best results put liquid from stir-fry over your rice. |
