This is a rich and creamy dinner for those who like to keep it simple and fast. Goes good with buttered french rolls. Ingredients:
4 diced medium red potatoes, with peel |
1 can of drained butter beans |
1 c of cubbed cooked ham |
1 dash of cumin |
1/2 of a chopped onion |
1 dash of ground coriander |
1 can of condensed cream of celery soup |
Directions:
1. Add your diced potatoes to your saucepan, then add enough water to cover the top of them. 2. Boil them for 10 minutes or until tender. 3. Leave one inch of water in your pan after draining. 4. Place back on the stove after truning it to low heat, then add you onion. 5. Cook until your onion is soft. 6. Mix in your butter beans, cream of celery soup and ham. 7. Add coriander and cumin to your likings. 8. Finish by letting it heat through for 5 to 10 minutes. |
