9 ounces fresh spinach ravioli |
4 tablespoons butter, melted |
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook ravioli until just tender, 6-7 minutes. Drain well. 2. In a warm bowl, toss hot ravioli with melted butter, parsley, pepper and cheese. Serve. |
