This is from one of my favorite cookbooks, Favorites from the Little Mushroom . It's delicious with pork tenderloin, or roasted chicken. Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) packages frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained |
14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon celery seed |
1 cup sour cream |
1 cup grated parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Combine all ingredients and place in a 2 quart baking dish. 3. Bake for 30 minutes, or until bubbly. |
