This drink is an excellent after dinner drink and rates at 18% alcohol. The consistency should be almost like a milk shake.

Ingredients:

4 ounces cream of coconut (cocolopez)

2 ounces kahlua

1 ounce bacardi dark rum

1 ounce dark creme de cacao

4 ounces milk or 4 ounces half-and-half

2 cups ice

Directions:

1. Combine in blender, blend until smooth, serves two in 12 oz cups.
