1/2 cup raw unsalted macadamia nuts |
1/2 cup raw parmesan cheese |
1 1/2 cups olive oil |
1 cup chopped fresh basil leaf |
1 cup chopped fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon mountain pepper |
1 teaspoon bush tomato |
Directions:
1. Puree the nuts, parmesan and 1/4 cup of the oil in a blender. 2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend to a chunky paste. 3. Serve on bread sticks or wattle seed blinis. |
