I can't remember where I got this recipe, but it's really easy and really good. I serve it with soupy pinto beans for make your own burritos. Serve with Pinto Beans for Make Your Own Burritos Ingredients:
1 chuck roast |
salt and pepper |
0.5 (10 7/8 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup |
1 (7 ounce) can diced green chilies |
Directions:
1. Season meat with salt and pepper as you normally would a roast. 2. Dump everything in the crock pot. 3. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat can be easily pulled apart with a fork. 4. Serve shredded in juice. |
