Ingredients:
3/4 cup quick oatmeal
4 egg whites
1/2 cup blueberries
Directions:
1. cook oatmeal according to package directions
2. mix all ingredients until well blended
3. spray a nonstick pan with Pam(or equivalent) cook on medium heat until brown on both sides
