Generally I do not like broccoli unless it is raw..... This recipe was given to me by my dear friend Karen (a domestic goddess in training) and I could it eat every day! Ingredients:
head of broccoli |
olive oil |
kosher salt |
pepper |
Directions:
1. Break up broccoli and place in a roasting pan. 2. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. 3. Bake in a 350- 400 degree oven until edges of broccoli start to turn black (about an hour). |
