I don't know where this got it's name! Haven't made it yet, but it sounds yummy. I bet you could sub. 1 T. of creme de menthe for the mint syrup. Ingredients:
1/2 cup chocolate syrup |
3 bananas, frozen (see note) |
2 cups strong coffee |
1 tablespoon mint syrup |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix on medium speed 1 minute 2. Pour into tall glasses and serve. 3. NOTE: To make frozen bananas, peel and chop the bananas, seal in plastic bags and place in the freezer until frozen. |
