This also makes excellent meatloaf. You can use any red wine you like, but the burgundy gives it a nice flavour. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
2 garlic cloves, minced |
salt and pepper |
3 tablespoons burgundy wine |
2 teaspoons italian seasoning |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together and form 6 patties. 2. Grill or cook to desired doneness. 3. Or, pat into a 9x5-inch meatloaf pan and bake at 375F for 30 minutes or until cooked through. |
