A little different twist on a plain burger. Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs |
4 ounces mushrooms, chopped |
1/4 cup catsup |
2 tablespoons dry red wine |
1 teaspoon onion salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1/8 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients. 2. Form into 6 oval patties, about 3/4-inch thick. 3. Broil or grill 6 inches from heat to desired doneness. |
