Burgundy Beef Patties

A little different twist on a plain burger.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup soft breadcrumbs
4 ounces mushrooms, chopped
1/4 cup catsup
2 tablespoons dry red wine
1 teaspoon onion salt
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients.
2. Form into 6 oval patties, about 3/4-inch thick.
3. Broil or grill 6 inches from heat to desired doneness.
