Great side dish, meal or rolled into a pita. Ingredients:
2 cups bulgur |
2 cups water |
1/4 cup olive oil |
1 medium onion |
1 sweet pepper |
2 tomatoes |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bring 2 cups water to boil. 2. Add bulgur, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, oil and salt. 3. Let cook for about 20 minuters until bulgur is tender. |
