Ingredients:
2 cups bulgur
2 cups water
1/4 cup olive oil
1 medium onion
1 sweet pepper
2 tomatoes
1 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Bring 2 cups water to boil.
2. Add bulgur, onion, sweet pepper, tomato, oil and salt.
3. Let cook for about 20 minuters until bulgur is tender.
