Ingredients:
1 1/3 lbs ground beef
1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup hoisin sauce
4 sesame seed buns
shredded napa cabbage
Directions:
1. Prepare hot grill. Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and ginger.
2. Form into 4 patties.
3. Place on an oiled grill and cook for 8-12 minutes.
4. Serve on toasted buns with Napa cabbage.
