Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1 onion, coarsely chopped |
1 (14 ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained |
1 cup tomato sauce |
1/2 teaspoon italian seasoning |
4 potatoes, peeled and diced into small cubes |
3 carrots, peeled and sliced |
2 celery ribs, sliced |
Directions:
1. Cook ground beef. 2. On med-low heat add everything else until vegetables are tender and stew is slightly thickened. |
