shredded mozzarella (use to your liking) |
2 slices of swiss cheese |
hamburger buns |
herbs (sorry i don't measure my herbs, i just use each to taste) |
salt and lemon pepper |
allspice |
oregano |
cumin |
garlic salt |
thyme |
Directions:
1. Cut sausage into bite size pieces and throw in skillet on low/med heat. Whisk together eggs, 1/2 and 1/2, herbs, green onion and shredded cheeses. Add to cooked sausage. Salt and pepper egg and meat mixture once while it cooks. While mixture cooks place one slice of swiss cheese (or your favorite kind) to burger bun and place in toaster oven or regular oven on a piece of tin foil and heat until cheese is melted. Place generous amount of meat/egg mixture on top of melted cheese and press together with other side of burger bun. Pick up bun with both hands and devour!!! 2. Yummy quick and oh so filling. The herbs with the spicy sausage make this a well rounded start to your day. |
