This creamy sauce from America's Test Kitchen is great on burgers or sandwiches! I've used it on beef, chicken and fish and it doesn't disappoint. Ingredients:
3/4 cup mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons soy sauce |
1 tablespoon dark brown sugar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon minced chives |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
3/4 teaspoon black pepper |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly and serve on beef burgers, or on chicken or fish sandwiches.
