Here's one the kids really love. Sprinkle a little shredded cheddar on top for an extra touch. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
1/2 cup chopped onion |
1/2 cup chopped green pepper |
1 tablespoon minced garlic |
2 (11 ounce) cans tomato sauce |
1 cup macaroni, uncooked |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1/2 teaspoon oregano |
Directions:
1. In skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until beef is done; drain. 2. Add remaining ingredients. 3. Bring to a boil. 4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, until macaroni is tender. |
