These are really easy to make and work great for a fast snack with energy Ingredients:
tube of prepared biscuit mix (e.g. pillsbury) |
orange juice |
raisins, blueberries, or peach slices |
a mixture of equal parts sugar and cinnamon |
powdered sugar |
Directions:
1. Open a package of biscuit mix. Cut each biscuit in half and roll halves into balls. Dip sections in orange juice; top each section with a raisin, blueberry, or peach slice; sprinkle liberally with sugar-cinnamon mix. Place in a shallow cake pan and bake 12 minutes at 450 degrees (convection oven works fine). Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Serve warm. |
