This recipe comes from my second mother's family, passed down generation to generation. Her maiden name is Bullett. Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter (melted) |
2 cups sugar |
4 eggs |
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa |
1 cup flour |
1 cup walnuts (optional) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F 2. Beat together butter and sugar. 3. Add eggs, vanilla and cocoa. 4. Sift in flour. 5. Stir in walnuts if desired. 6. Pour into an 8 x 8 greased brownie pan. 7. Bake for 30 minutes. |
