This recipe was given to me by a friend from Georgia. Therefore called Bull Dog Brittle. Ingredients:
8 graham crackers |
1 stick butter |
1/2 cup sugar |
1 cup chopped pecans |
Directions:
1. Line 15 x 10 inch cookie sheet with foil. 2. Lay graham crackers on foil leaving space between each cracker. 3. Sprinkle nuts over crackers. 4. Melt butter. Add sugar. Stir constantly. 5. Bring to a boil and boil for 2 minutes. Pour over nuts. 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. DO NOT LET BROWN!! |
