Ingredients:
2 cups canned no-salt-added chicken broth |
1 cup bulgur, uncooked |
1/4 cup sliced green onions |
2 tablespoons raisins |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
2 tablespoons sliced almonds, toasted |
Directions:
1. Place broth in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add bulgur. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 15 minutes. Stir in green onions, raisins, and salt; cover and cook 5 additional minutes or until bulgur is tender and liquid is absorbed. Stir in almonds. |
