Sausage flavored patties made with pantry ingredients.
Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur, made in broth
1/2-1 garlic clove, minced
2 teaspoons sage
1 tablespoon onion, dry minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg (or rehydreated powdered egg)
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1 teaspoon honey
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper or 1 dash hot sauce
Directions:
1. Mix together and fry in breakfast sized patties.
