Korean BBQ.
Ingredients:
1/2 kiwi
1/4 onion
1/2 apple
1/3 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sugar
pepper
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sweet cooking rice seasoning
1 teaspoon honey
3 good sized king oyster mushrooms
1/2 onion
4 green onions
1/2 lb thinly sliced sirloin
Directions:
1. Blend 1/2 kiwi, 1/4 onion, 1/2 apple, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sweet cooking rice seasoning, 1 teaspoon honey together.
2. Strain the mixture.
3. Marinate the thinly sliced king oyster mushroom, 1/2 sliced onion, sliced green onions and thinly sliced sirloin in the sauce overnight to maximize flavor.
4. Barbeque or pan fry the dish.
