Korean BBQ. Ingredients:
1/2 kiwi |
1/4 onion |
1/2 apple |
1/3 cup soy sauce |
3 garlic cloves |
1/2 cup water |
1/4 cup sugar |
pepper |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 teaspoon sweet cooking rice seasoning |
1 teaspoon honey |
3 good sized king oyster mushrooms |
1/2 onion |
4 green onions |
1/2 lb thinly sliced sirloin |
Directions:
1. Blend 1/2 kiwi, 1/4 onion, 1/2 apple, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 3 cloves garlic, 1/2 cup water, 1/4 cup sugar, pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, 1 teaspoon sweet cooking rice seasoning, 1 teaspoon honey together. 2. Strain the mixture. 3. Marinate the thinly sliced king oyster mushroom, 1/2 sliced onion, sliced green onions and thinly sliced sirloin in the sauce overnight to maximize flavor. 4. Barbeque or pan fry the dish. |
