This is a Korean marinated and grilled beef dish. The original recipe came from , and is simple yet very good. Ingredients:
one pound ribeye steak, thinly sliced |
one tb rice vinegar |
three tb soy sauce |
two tb sugar |
one tsp minced garlic |
one tsp minced ginger |
one finely choppped green onion - white and green parts |
two tsp sesame oil |
dash of pepper |
one tb water |
Directions:
1. In small bowl combine all ingredients except ribeye; 2. Pour marinade over sliced beef and let rest in the fridge at least one hour (but overnight is better); 3. Grill until browned on both sides (can broil in a single layer as well). |
