Bulgar with Chicken and Veggies |

Bulgar wheat prepared with chicken breast and veggies. This makes a HUGE amount. I usually only eat half a serving. Ingredients:
85 g onion |
15 g garlic |
362 g chicken breast, skinless |
4 tsp bell pepper, mashed |
75 g green onion |
190 g tomato |
110 g mushroom |
250 g bulgur wheat |
150 g zuchinni |
500 ml water |
400 g chick peas |
3 tbsp olive oil |
Directions:
1. Rinse bulgar in cold water and set aside to dry. 2. Slice chicken and veggies. 3. In a large pot, cook chicken, onions, garlic, and bell pepper paste in oil. 4. Add remaining ingredients and water. Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer 25 minutes, stirring often. |
