DELICIOUS WHEAT SIDE DISH
Ingredients:
1 cup bulgur, dry
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
1 cup shredded carrot
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Directions:
1. SAUTE ONIONS, CARROTS AND PEPPER IN 1 TABLESPOON OF OLIVE OIL. ADD BULGAR AND STIR TO COAT. TOAST BULGAR FOR APPROXIMATELY 5 MINUTES. ADD BROTH AND SIMMER FOR 20 MINUTES.
