Ingredients:
2600 water
50 grams yellow pepper
150 grams celery
300 grams carrot
400 grams onion
500 grams yukon gold potato
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp spicy pepper medley
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp mustard powder
350 grams yellow split peas
Directions:
1. Put water (or stock) in pressure cooker.
2. Add seasonings.
3. Finely chop veggies & add to cooker.
4. Add dried yellow peas to cooker. Do not stir.
5. Cook on high for 20-30 minutes.
6. Puree if you prefer a smoother texture.
