Store in the fridge. I add one egg or 1/4 cup egg whites for every 2 servings. Ingredients:
3/4 pound margarine |
5 1/2 tablespoons baking powder |
2 tablespoons baking soda |
1/4 cup flax seed, ground |
1/4 cup gluten |
100 grams hazelnut flour |
1 cup corn meal |
3 cups whole wheat flour |
1 cups buckwheat flour |
5 cups white flour |
1 1/2 cups milk powder, skim, instant |
Directions:
1. Put all ingredients into a large bowl and rub the dry ingredients together until it becomes pea sized crumbs. Store in the fridge. 1/2 cup per serving. |
