Spicy, low fat, low calorie, salt free version of Aloo Gobi. Ingredients:
555 grams potato, cubed |
685 grams cauliflower, chopped |
105 grams onion, chopped |
30 grams margarine |
10 grams cumin seed |
5 grams curry powder |
5 grams chili powder |
5 grams garlic powder |
Directions:
1. Cube potatoes. Chop cauliflower into bite sized pieces. Chop onion. Boil potato and cauliflower. Drain. 2. Heat margarine in wok. Soften onion in margarine. Add spices. Add potato and cauliflower. Mix together. Serve. |
