These meatballs are perfect for a pot luck or as a tasty appetizer. But beware, they are highly addictive. You can not have just one (or two or three). Ingredients:
2/3 cup and 1 tablespoon grape juice |
2/3 cup and 1 tablespoon apple jelly |
2/3 cup and 1 tablespoon ketchup |
8 ounce can tomato sauce |
3 pounds frozen italian meatballs |
Directions:
1. 1.In a small saucepan, combine the juice, jelly, ketchup and tomato sauce. Cook and stir over medium heat until jelly is melted; remove from the heat. 2. 2.Place meatballs in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Pour sauce over the top and gently stir to coat. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours or until heated through. |
