2-3 lbs disjointed chicken wings |
1 stick of butter |
frank's hot sauce |
season all or salt and peper to taste |
vegtable oil to fry in |
alternate: bake seasoned wings at 350-400 for 45 minutes to one hour. |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in cast iron skillet to hot 2. clean and pat dry chicken 3. season chicken 4. fry until crispy and brown 5. drain and set aside 6. melt butter in sauce pan 7. add hot sauce and stir 8. add wings to sauce and toss to cover evenly 9. plate and serve with blue cheese and celery sticks |
