Ingredients:
3 pound(s) chicken wings |
1 clove(s) garlic |
1/4 cup(s) hot sauce |
kosher salt |
3 ounce(s) unsalted butter |
Directions:
1. Place a 6 quart saucepan, with a steamer basket and 1 inch water in the bottom, over high heat, cover and bring to a boil. 2. Lay wings on a cooling rack in a half sheet pan lined with paper towels and refigerate over night. 3. Pre heat oven to 425degrees. Remove paper towels and replace with parchment paper. Cook 20-30 minutes until the meat is cooked and golden brown 4. Melt butter, garlic and hot sauce. Serve Warm |
