These are crunchy, spicy, deep fried wings. This recipe came from Buffalo, New York. Make a lot because they are very good. They are eaten very quickly. Ingredients:
5 lbs chicken wings |
1 cup frank's red hot sauce |
3/4 cup margarine |
cooking oil (enough to deep fry) |
Directions:
1. Cut wings apart into two pieces. 2. Heat cooking oil in deep fryer. 3. Add wings and cook until brown & crispy. 4. Meanwhile, combine hot sauce and margarine and heat together until margarine is melted. 5. Dip wings in the sauce and enjoy. |
