I use this for hot wings, chicken breast, on burgers or what ever else that I feel like having a little spicy. It even makes a great diopping sauce and grilling sauce. Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) bottle louisiana hot sauce |
1/2 cup unsalted butter |
1 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard |
1 teaspoon onion powder |
2 garlic cloves, crushed and minced fine |
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger |
1/2 teaspoon ground celery seed |
1/2 teaspoon paprika |
1/8 teaspoon cumin |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon lemon juice |
black pepper |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. |
