From Fall, Family and Friends Cookbook, c. 2006. Serve with tortilla chips/potato chips, crackers, bread - great, spicy dip! Ingredients:
2 (10 ounce) cans chicken, drained |
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened |
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded |
1/2 cup hot pepper sauce |
1/4 cup bleu cheese salad dressing |
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional) |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients. 2. Place in a 1-1/2 quart casserole dish sprayed lightly with non-stick vegetable spray. 3. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit. |
