I found this recipe in an issue of Everyday Food, so simple and good!! Who else do you know that can make celery fattening? Ingredients:
4 ounces blue cheese |
4 ounces low-fat cream cheese |
6 large celery ribs |
cayenne pepper, to taste |
Directions:
1. Clean and trim celery stalks. 2. Mix cream cheese and blue cheese together (leaving 2 tsp of crumbled blue cheese to sprinkle on top). 3. Fill celery stalks, sprinkle reserved blue cheese on top. 4. Sprinkle stuffed celery with cayenne. 5. Keep chilled. |
