Sounded good so i brought it here Ingredients:
4-5 red bell peppers |
1 c cooked jasmine or basmati rice |
real bacon bits |
1 egg |
onions |
mushrooms |
hot sauce |
Directions:
1. Halve bell peppers and remove seeds.. 2. Saute onions, mushrooms, in the oil and a bit of salt till onions are golden 3. spoon rest of ingredients on bell peppers and spinkle lot of bacon bits on 4. top with hot sauce 5. put in a pre-heated ovens on a pan at 400 for 5 minute or 6. when pepper soften up a little 7. you can brown some ground beef instead of bacon bits |
