Two favorites mixed together. Buffalo shrimp and pizza. There are many versions to this but we like the coolness of the ranch along with the hot of the buffalo. Feel free to add more veggies or remove all together. It's the dough and the cream cheese base that makes this. Ingredients:
15 shrimp |
1/2 cup hot sauce, franks wing sauce preferred |
12 ounces crescent rolls |
1/3 cup celery |
1/3 cup onion |
6 ounces cream cheese |
1/2 ranch dressing mix, packet |
4 ounces blue cheese, crumbles |
Directions:
1. Saute Shrimp and put in Franks Wing Sauce. Set Aside. 2. Spread out crescent roll pinching seams together, drizzle very small amount of olive oil and bake until lightly golden. 3. In the mean time sauté celery and onions. 4. Mix together cream cheese, ranch packet and blue cheese crumbles, (save a bit for top of pizza) may substitute blue cheese dressing but not as good as the real thing. 5. Spread cream cheese mixture on crescent pizza. 6. Place shrimp, celery and onions. 7. If you are not serving right away leave out of refrigerator and just reheat at 350 for about 5 minutes. |
