Some make chicken wings. Some toasted ravioli. Try a new twist on both. And they are baked! I usually end up doubling. Ingredients:
4 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (more if you are adventurous) |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon chili powder |
1 (16 ounce) package potato and cheddar or potato and onion pierogies, frozen |
blue cheese salad dressing or dip |
celery sticks |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 2. Spray a rimmed baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray. 3. In bowl, combine hot pepper sauce, oil and chili powder. 4. Add frozen pierogies and toss until well coated. 5. Arrange on prepared baking sheet. 6. Bake until golden and crisp, about 20 minutes. 7. Turn after 10 minutes of baking. 8. Serve with blue cheese dressing or dip and celery sticks. |
