buffalo wing in a shot glass without the wing I found this Recipe in the Dierbergs everybody cooks 2009 holiday idea book. I added the chicken. Ingredients:
12 tablespoons buffalo wing sauce |
12 tablespoons light ranch dressing |
6 tablespoons crumbled reduced fat blue cheese |
6 tablespoons finely chopped cooked chicken |
celery rib, 3 1/2 long |
Directions:
1. In 12- 2 ounce shot glasses. 2. Place 1 Tablespoon Buffalo Wing Sauce in each shot glass. Top with 1/2 Tablespoon of chicken, 1 Tablespoon of Ranch dressing,1/2 Tablespoon blue cheese. Cover and Chill. 3. To serve insert celery stick into each shot glass. 4. Makes 12 Appetizers. |
