Like chicken wings on a sandwich! Easier though. Ingredients:
1 rotisserie chicken, boned and chopped |
2 stalks of celery, finely chopped |
2 cups crumbled blue cheese |
2/3 cup buffalo wing sauce |
12 hawaiian rolls, toasted |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Mix the chicken, celery, blue cheese and wing sauce in a 9x13 inch baking dish 3. Bake about 20 minutes, until heated through 4. Spoon the hot mixture onto the rolls and serve with ranch dressing for a dip |
