A takeoff of the traditional buffalo ings Ingredients:
2 lbs. of cooled chicken tenders (baked or fried) |
1/4 cup of franks red hot sauce |
1 tbs. of honey |
1 tbs. of melted butter |
2 medium carrots diced |
2 celery stalks sliced |
1/2 cups of blue cheese dressing |
2 cups of mixed greens |
Directions:
1. Prepare chicken tenders julienned as directed on package, chill. Mix hot sauce, honey, and butter. Toss tenders with hot sauce mix. Add dice carrots and sliced celery, then toss with the blue cheese dressing. Serve on top of mixed greens. |
