Buffalo Chicken Quesadillas |

Great quick and easy snack, finger food, lunch, dinner, tailgating, or for movie night. This is an absolute favorite of mine! Ingredients:
2 cups finely shredded cooked chicken |
1/2 cup frank's® redhot® buffalo wing sauce |
2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese |
8 (8 inch) flour tortillas |
your favorite bleu cheese dip or dressing |
Directions:
1. Toss chicken with Buffalo Wing Sauce in bowl. 2. Layer chicken mixture and cheese on 4 tortillas, dividing evenly. Top each with second tortilla. 3. Cook about 3 to 5 minutes on an electric grill pan or nonstick pan on stove top until toasted and cheese melts. 4. Cut into quarters to serve. 5. Serve with bleu cheese dip or dressing and additional Buffalo Wing Sauce and celery sticks. |
