Buffalo Chicken Pinwheels |

a great appetizer or game time food. Great for potlucks and get togethers. Ingredients:
1 can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls, 8 oz |
1/2 cup finely chopped cooked chicken |
3/4 t. red pepper sauce |
2 oz. cream cheese, softened |
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese |
2 t. chopped fresh chives |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. 2. Unroll dough. 3. Separate into 4 rectangles. 4. Press perforations to seal. In small bowl, mix chicken and pepper sauce until well coated. 5. Spread 1 T. cream cheese over each rectangle to within 1/4 inch of edges. 6. Sprinkle evenly with chicken, blue cheese and chives. 7. Starting with one short side, roll up each rectangle; press edges to seal. 8. With serrated knife, cut each roll into 6 slices. 9. Place cut side down on cookie sheet. 10. Bake 13 to 17 minutes or until edges are golden brown. 11. Serve warm. 12. ********************************************************* 13.
