I was hooked on a pasta salad from a local supermarket. After having this yummy salad every week for a month, one day I walked in and it was gone. What to do? I needed my fix. So, I found this salad to be very close. Read more . Sooo good!! Ingredients:
8-10 oz rotini pasta, cooked and cooled |
8 oz tyson's chicken strips, cooked, cooled and chopped |
1 c celery, thinly sliced |
1 c carrots, shredded |
5 oz crumbled blue cheese |
3/4 c mayo |
1/2 c ranch dressing |
1/4 c wing sauce or hot sauce or more to taste |
3 tbsp white vinegar |
garlic powder, garlic pepper to taste |
Directions:
1. In a large bowl combine mayo, ranch dressing, wing sauce, vinegar and seasonings. Add to the bowl pasta, chicken, celery, carrots, and blue cheese. Gently combine and refrigerate for flavors to blend. Eat and enjoy with some crusty bread. |
