Starting the New Year with good intentions. Try serving your favorites with a little less guilt. Family Circle Ingredients:
1 lb ground chicken |
1 c fresh bread crumbs |
1/3 c sliced scallions |
1 tsp smoked paprika |
1 tsp minced garlic |
1/2 tsp salt |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 475 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with nonstick foil. In a bowl, mix chicken,bread crumbs,scallions,smoked paprika,garlic and salt 2. Roll into 32 balls;place on pan. Bake 10-12 mins until browned and cooked through. Remove from oven and drizzle meatballs with hot pepper sauce to taste;toss to coat 3. Serve on toothpicks to dip into reduced-fat blue cheese dressing. 4. Include healthy ,reaw vegetable dippers. |
