Ingredients:
2 pound(s) chicken breasts - 4 breasts, poached & shredded |
12 ounce(s) franks hot sauce |
16 ounce(s) cream cheese |
16 ounce(s) ranch dressing - or blue cheese dressing |
1/2 cup(s) celery - minced (optional) |
8 ounce(s) cheddar cheese shredded |
Directions:
1. Bake at 350 degrees 15-20 minutes (covered) + 10 (uncovered) 2. Mix cream cheese, ranch dressing, half of cheddar cheese and hot sauce 3. Add chicken 4. Spread in 9x13 pan or casserole dish 5. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes until sides are brown 6. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top 7. Cook additional 10 minutes uncovered until cheese is lightly browned 8. Serve with tortilla chips |
