This is great dip– a hit anywhere I take it! Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts cooked and cubed or shredded |
2 bricks cream cheese |
2 cups shredded cheddar (i use sharp) |
8 oz of crumbled blue cheese. |
1 12oz bottle of buffalo wing sauce (i use franks red hot) |
dippers – celery and fritos are our favs – but you can use anything |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Heat chicken and hot sauce in a skillet over medium heat, until heated through. Stir in cream cheese and blue cheese dressing. Cook, stirring until blended and warm. Mix in the cheddar cheese and transfer to a 2 1/2 quart baking dish. 3. Cook for 20 minutes or until bubbly |
